Shipping rates:
- Standard Shipping: C$6.95 (3–9 business days within Canada & USA)
- Express Shipping: C$21.90 (1–2 business days within Canada & USA)
- Free Shipping: Orders over C$100 (Canada & USA only)

International orders:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Delivery times vary by location and may take 10–30 business days.
- Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Important notes:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
