Refund policy
All LILUART products are made to order (print-on-demand) and created uniquely for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- The item received is incorrect or not as described.
In such cases, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@liluart.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- For exchanges (size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not accept unauthorized returns (returns without prior approval).
- Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: Because our items are custom-made, LILUART reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method only.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
